Construction work from the original CPSA image collection
  1. 01

    Design & pre-construction

Define the scope, priorities, preliminary budget, and project constraints. Coordinate architectural and engineering input where the work requires it.

  2. 02

    City permits & applicable approvals

Coordinate required municipal permits and inspection milestones. Commercial properties do not require HOA approval. For homes or multifamily communities with HOA requirements, the owner generally submits the approved city permit and project specifications to the association before work begins.

  3. 03

    Trades & construction management

Sequence framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and finish work as the scope requires. Coordinate site access, trade schedules, and progress updates around one construction plan.

  4. 04

    Inspections & project closeout

Coordinate required milestone inspections, review the punch list, and complete a final walkthrough. Review applicable warranty terms and project documentation with the owner.

Permits & property-specific approvals

City permits. Clear next steps.

Commercial properties do not require HOA approval. CPSA coordinates applicable city permits and inspections separately from any community approval process. Homes and multifamily properties may have HOA requirements. Where these apply, the owner generally submits the approved city permit and project specifications to the association, with supporting documentation prepared by CPSA.

  1. Step 1

    Scope & specifications

We prepare the written scope, material specifications, colors, and product data sheets for your project.

  2. Step 2

    City permit

CPSA files for the city permit where required. Once approved, we deliver the permit to you.

  3. Step 3

    Community review, if applicable

Commercial properties do not need HOA approval. If your home or multifamily community requires it, you generally submit the city permit and our specifications to the association.

  4. Step 4

    Ready to build

Once required permits and any applicable community approvals are in place, we schedule the work and keep you updated through the final walkthrough.
