Commercial & multifamily roofing
Commercial and multifamily roofing across North Texas — durable systems, Class 3 & 4 impact-rated options, and organized delivery for owners and property managers.
What we deliver
TPO, EPDM, metal, and built-up roofing selected for the building, its use, and long-term performance.
Maintenance programs, emergency tarping, repairs, and phased replacements for occupied apartment and townhome properties.
North Texas sees frequent hail. Impact-rated (UL 2218 Class 3 and Class 4) materials improve resistance to hail damage, and many insurers offer premium discounts for both ratings. Ask your carrier for the discount form — the insurance company supplies it once you request it — and it must be signed by the company that replaced the roof. CPSA signs yours.
Permits & property-specific approvals
Commercial properties do not require HOA approval. CPSA coordinates applicable city permits and inspections separately from any community approval process. Multifamily properties may require HOA approval, depending on the community. Where approval is required, the property owner generally submits the approved city permit and project specifications to the association. CPSA prepares the supporting documentation; applicable city permits and inspections remain separate requirements.
Step 1
We prepare the written scope, material specifications, colors, and product data sheets for your project.
Step 2
CPSA files for the city permit where required. Once approved, we deliver the permit to you.
Step 3
Commercial properties do not need HOA approval. If your home or multifamily community requires it, you generally submit the city permit and our specifications to the association.
Step 4
Once required permits and any applicable community approvals are in place, we schedule the work and keep you updated through the final walkthrough.
Common questions
Both are UL 2218 impact ratings. Class 4 is the highest rating and withstands a larger steel ball test than Class 3, offering stronger hail resistance. Many insurers offer premium discounts for Class 3 and Class 4 roofs. To claim one, request the form from your insurance company — the carrier supplies it after you ask — and it must be signed by the company that replaced the roof. CPSA completes and signs yours.
Yes. We phase work by building, coordinate access with management, and keep owners and residents informed throughout the project.
